Alli
Ok, so tomorrow I am starting Alli. I know it may be a bit controversal, but I'm dieting and running, so I'm in a good place to be trying it out.
Anyway, I'm not here to defend it, but I would like anyone experiences with it? My best friend used it a few months back, so I get her review and suggestions on it, so I'm just hoping to gather as much personal hands on experience with it as possible.
If YOU have taken Alli, I'd really appreciate a little blurb about your experience with it. The good, the bad & the ugly....as long as it's just your experience with it. I'm not looking for a debate or disscussion about the product, please.
Thanks everyone! Best of Luck!

I took Alli
but my diet wasn't the best. I think had my diet been good it would have worked better. The only time you will get the treatment effects is if you are eating poorly. I noticed that I didn't have any effects at first but once I was taking it for a few days it built up in my system I'm guessing so it worked better.
With you already dieting for awhile I'm guessing you'll have great success with it. Just make sure you take a vitamin (they suggest centrum) also. If you can take it a good hour before you take your first alli in the morning. Certain types of vitamines only work with fat so you need some for it to absorb. Make sense? I hope I didn't confuse you further!
Best of luck to you with it!! Also congrats on the 16 pounds you've already lost!
