It's sunday 23rd nov 2008 and a new start. Iv been a member of weight watchers for about ten years, proberly more off than on, but today is the day were im going to lose it forever. My before picture was taken sept 2008 in gran canaria on holiday at 11st 6lbs, iv promised myself never to go on holiday that big again. So here go's my weight loss journey.
