half way thru a new start!

have been at SW for about 11 weeks now... horrified to see how much fat i had put on.... am struggling this time due to work and life commitments.... and my love of food to settle me.... oh well... march on!

exercise & tastes

The exercise has been easy this week, I dont mean in its intensity i mean in my thought process in doing it!! I do get up early and do my reps and cardio straight away (before my brain wakes up and figures out whats going on!) but i actually "spring" out of bed to do it!!! wow!!
I would NOT call myself addicted! but i can see you can be! it does give you a buzz!!

And not sure if this is a knock on effect but i am more conscious of what i eat throughout the day now... i am actually CHOOSING to eat the healthy option!

meal out

so i survived a meal out with out being a total pig!!
Gorgeous Hubby took me to Cafe Rouge, checked my eating out guide (ww) and went for the steak bagette and chips!!! and loved it!! GH suggested we share a green side salad too.... aw bless him!

We chatted so long over dinner that I was actually TOO FULL to have desert!!

and now i feel all loved up !

another week

another pound and half gone! for good!!

have a more sensible exercise routine this week!! but plan to stick to it every day...
feels good when achieved!!

my poor legs

Ok, so i had really good intentions yesterday! i exercised my butt off!!
too much it turns out as today i can barely walk up and down the stairs!!

will give my self the day off and resolve to go easier on my self tomo!!!

a little pound

is off my body!!!
thought it might be more.. but guess the two choccy biscuits at work made the difference!!
that, and i gave up on exercising past sunday!
whoops

so my report card this week is get my bum back on track!

oh no

i have run out of salad!!! this is a serious problem!!
bad planning on my part and unco-operative lettuce on the salad part! it decided to go limp and brown, grrrr

oh well... thats a shopping trip in my future i see

the party

So another survival!! my nieces 3rd bday is done and i mananged NOT to pick at anything!! an amazing feat!!
am quite proud of myself and hope the effort pays off at the scales this week!

Well I survived

My conference... i took my own lunch at the risk of looking an idiot... but i was glad i did... all that was on offer were mayo ladden sandwiches, crisps and mini pastries and cakes.
So i was happy with my tuna salad and yogurt biscuits! (No seriously! I was!)
It meant when i sat down and ate my (homemade) fish 'n' chips later i really enjoyed it!

Anyway, know i have to brave a family Bday, again with the tuna salad!!!

Horah i lost 2lbs this week... that makes up for the little 1/2 lb i lost last week!!
still its all downwards!!
have celebrated with a tuna salad!!
changing tastes!!
