3 weeks gone
3 weeks have passed by and Im still on track
Im .5lbs from a 10 lb loss. I have added 1 fruit and 1 startch or grain daily to my diet. It seems to be agreeing with me so I will continue on like this for a while before upping it to 2 servings of each/day.

I made it!
I made it through PH1 wlth a 6.5 lbs loss. Im happy I can start having a fruit/startch/grain again each day. I have been on the beach before. Instead of just bringing back 1 piece of fruit for a few days I have been having a serving of fruit and either a grain or a startchy vegetable.
I tried Kohlabri & Spaghetti Squash for the very first time in the past week or so. I loved the Kohlabri and the jury is still out on the squash.
