Woo hoo!!  down 3.6 pounds this week!!!  I am completely overjoyed and now truly know the benefits of water and flushing out your system!!!  I feel great!

Biggest Loser!

I was so excited to see the Biggest Loser start again last night.  I was only able to watch the first hour because of the Big Brother Finale " Yeah Jordan!!!"  I will have to catch the complete episode online! 
 
I did amazing with food yesterday and I find that I am not snacking as much anymore with all of the water I have been drinking.  As my DH says "time to get back on track"
 
Fall is definetly in the air - it was freezing last night and this morning!  Brrr...

Weight Watchers Vs. Curves...

Okay so I am still looking for my WW manuals - I cannot figure out for the life of me where I put them, but I know they will show up somewhere. 
 
I have seen a lot of commercials recently about curves offering ***free*** weight loss classes.  Has anyone else seen them?  Anyone have any information on it?  How can it be for free???  I am interested in knowing what they would provide for free clasess.
 
I am really starting to ramp up the water now.  I drink about 2 glasses before I go to work and then sip all day.  When I come home from work, sip some more and I just sip water now instead of pop or juice in the evening.   I hope I can keep it up :)

Weight is a funny thing!!

Okay hopped on the scale this morning and I am 2.4 pounds down from Friday!  WTF!!!  How is that even possible.  I mean I watched what I ate this weekend but to lose that much weight is crazy!!  Let see if it will stay off come Friday LOL!! 
 
Had a pretty good weekend.  Still on the hunt for my weight watchers books though.  Ugh!

Damage Done!

Well I guess my week of not eating properly, not feeling well caught up with me with a big FAT 1 pound gain on the scale this morning!  Oh well, I am being accountable for it though now. 
 
This is actually the first day in almost a week I "feel myself"  it should be better from here on out. 
 
I am thinking about starting Weight Watchers again.  I won't be going to meetings though, I cannot believe how much it costs to go to meetings $17.00 a week!!!  I have done it before and have the materials so I figure I can go it alone and have all of my wonderful friends here for support!  I just need to find my books  
 
I will be posting my food diary here for the time being.  It will help me be more accountable.  I wish that Extra Pounds had a tag function so I could group my posts to be able to easily find them later.  Oh well!!

I'm Back!!!...

Finally woke this morning feeling like my normal self again.  Whew!!!  The only thing is now I feel like I am getting a cold.  Oh well, must regroup and move foward. ..   I have been doing awsome with my water intake.  I can't believe it..  Food as has been pretty good too today.  Considering I hadn't eaten much over the last few days.  I feel stronger today and much more enegy. 
 
Weigh in day tomorrow...

Could it be.....

I am still partially hung over???  I have felt like crap going on 3 days now and I have had enough!!!  Obviously my body is telling me  "NEVER AGAIN" and boy oh boy am I listening.  One night of drinking pleasure to fell like this for 3 days after has not been fun at all.  It is so not worth it.  Now I remember why I don't drink very often or very much.  I am surely paying the price now! 
 
I would give anything to feel "normal" again so I can focus on my diet plan and put a way the crackers
 
Ugh!

Long Weekend over :(

Well the long weekend has come and gone :(  I did pretty good until Sunday when I decided to have a few drinks with hubby.  Next thing you know a few turned into many...  ugh!!  spent most of the day in bed yesterday nursing a hang over... now I know why I don't drink too often!!  What a waste of a day!
 
Food was pretty goo and well I didn't eat too much yesterday and I am just now getting my appetite back. 
 
I did however keep on track with my water so that was one good thing :)
 
Now just need to regroup and stick at it!!

Long Weekend!! TGIF :)

Okay it felt like this day would never come.  I am so happy to have the long weekend and I have vowed to take it off... okay I will probably be doing some work as I have some school work to catch up on and need to get to my website updates.. but hey those items don't feel like work :)
 
I guess the rest of the world will get back to normal on Tuesday with the "summer" being over so it will probably start taking twice as long to get to work again starting next week.
 
Water was good yesterday and I am working on my goals for next week!

Baby-Stepping

So far so good.  My water intake has been good and last night I found I did not hve much of an urge to "munch" 
 
The long weekend is approaching and I am a little concerned about keeping up the momentum.  I always have a problem on the weekends and barely ever drink water so I will have a goal on the weekend to drink at least 2 glasses of water each day.
