ive just signed up , im a bit confused at the moment (tryin to figure everything out). My main goal for wanting to loose my fat is for my hoilday but i only have 7 weeks so im in a rush arghhh.
anyway went a weighed myself on boots machine today it does your bodyfat and height and weight its basicly told me i am obease ...tut bloody cheeek lol
So I have made a bet with me bf we will do this everyweek and keep the print outs see who does better up to the hoilday ( of course he thinks he will win )
my plan at the moment is to try weight watchers core plan and every night after work do a 2 hours walk on my own coz i get home first so bf wont even no hahaha , hopefully once i get used to the walk i will push myself more and the weight should come off .
