Sunshine will be having surgery tomorrow. We are stil here at the children's hospital. We will be leaving before they finish building the nearby Chick Fila (they are framing it now). Which is unfortunate because as you all know, I do love Chick Fila.
A few asked who is who is what. Sunshine is what I call my lovely 9yo daughter when I blog here and Monkey is my darling 3yo boy.

I guess you have had a stressful day. I hope Sunshine is doing well. Please give her my get well wishes.
Since you are explaining who is who, could you explain what those long words mean that are supposed to tell us what is wrong with your daughter? It sounds serious. If you aren't comfortable sharing, just ignore my questions.

So sorry to hear about your dear sweet sunshine. Your poor family has had more than its share of illness and doctors of late! Hopefully all is behind you now and you can get back out in the outdoors and back to your therapeutic walks! hugs and prayers to you and yours! - Shelly

Well, after all my hard work. I gained! SHIT! =-) I know what I did wrong... PORTIONS! I need to keep my portions DOWN!!! I think that even though I have cut out the snacking.. I still need to cut back!!

u know we all have our times that the frustration seems unbearable... but... you are not giving up. YEAH!! I am back to kickin ass. I had a difficult weekend. We (friends and i) talked a great deal about my plan for the future. I lost control... just worrying.. you know! but I am back. I did well yesterday. I hope you kick butt today. Love, Jen
