Good begining!

Yesterday was a very good day.  I did some time in the eliptical and some cardio-resistance...excellent.

Today, It's been even better... I did my walkies this morning 2.8 miles to be exact, and afterwards during the afternoon  my husband left me on a location until he finished an errand and guess what?  I would have sat down and wait for him while reading some magazine or something like that but instead I called my mom on the phone and walked every single minute of the 35 minutes I had to wait for my husband.  So there you go... that was about 1 1/2 miles!!!

I have learned that it is all about the choices we make.  Also I was thinking that after putting so much effort in changing for good, for health physical and emotional....The thought of eating something that it just going to jeopardize my good numbers in my blood sugar tests I'd been having...or just being lazy and sat when I can be doing some movement for my own good doesn't seem attractive at all.

I'll keep working hard, I know all that can come out of it will be positive.  I almost can't wait to my weight-in on Monday to see how am I doing weightwise, because the lost in inches are speaking lauder cause my clothes are fitting way lose already after my 20+lbs lost.

My starting day...TODAY

So, After googleing all kind of success stories and getting an overload of encouragement recently, and watching the Biggest Loser online, I decided to get moving.  I walk over 4 miles today. And I feel really good about it.

Now I am scheduling some time to get my daily waking and my resistant training at least twice a week.  I know I can do it, cause 1,000,000 people have done it.

So here I go... weeeeeeeeee get readyyyyyy!

Getting rid off Diabetes Type 2

Well, it did happen!  Exactly what I was so scared of...Now I am a Diabetic.  It's been hard dealing with it, but finally I think I'm getting a hold of it. I have lost 21 lbs since the Dx and I will really love to get rid of it, it is possible if I walk the talk and it is time to take action.  I will be working hard at it and soon I will regain back my health.

Hi

Hello there

Time to get REAL

I've been reading a very nice book it's call BODY CLUTTER, Love Your Body, Love Yourself, and although I have not even past the first half I think this is the motivation I need it to get back in track and Get healthy once and for all.

Hope you all are doing good!
