Before After

No Sleep!!

Wow. Ok... SO yesterday I went to the doctor that my friend had reccommended and  spilled my guts. I exercise all of the time I watch what I eat but I have hit a plateau after baby #3 and cannot get past my 150 pounds... well actually its between 147-152 at any given time. So frustrating! I have done weight watchers in the past and recently I told her, I know how to lose the weight but it just seemed that this time it was not happening for me no matter how much I adjusted anything!!

And I do have to say I feel sorry for anyone who has to buy their Phen through the internet because I didn't even get weighed yesterday, let alone go over any other precautionary items. The only thing that she actually went over with me was my goal weight. I was all set to lose 36 pounds to be at 115 but she thought no more than 25 as I have a lot of muscle from working out.

So, I dropped off my prescriptions for Phentermine and Topomax and waited to pick them up. I started it last night but so should not have!! I couldn't sleep all night. I was awake and actually could feel the medicine releasing inside my body. So weird.  Although I must say that I felt in control, my migraine went away and I was not hungry!! Woo Hoo!! So begins today, Day 2 a normal day where I will take it as directed! How exciting!

isn't it nice?

Isn't it wonderful that the doctor reelvatuated your goal weight.  That gives you less weight to lose.  I am glad that your headache went away I know how hard they can be.
