My 1st Blog
So I guess we call this the introductory paragraph right? Well... here goes:
I am a very active fitness instructor at a Health Club teaching a few different classes. I also just started running competetively and I am hooked. I have completed a 5k and also a 4.2 mile Fun Run!! I have lots more planned with a 10K coming up next month. I also have 3 amazing and energetic kiddos: TJ is 8, Tyler is 5 and Jewels is 11 months old. Hence why I am here... I was heavy long ago ('98) and lost it all and was a very very happy size 2/4. I considered my size 6 my FAT pants!!
After I had Jewels though it's been a bit tougher to bounce back. I know I actually only weigh 151 which is goal weight for lots of folk out there but my desire is about 115!! I would love to wear my old clothes again. Pre-pregnancy I was at 132 pounds... but I am much more active now than I have every been before. I was given the opportunity to work part-time as a fitness instructor and stay at home with the kiddos the rest of the time! Wow. So I truly feel that now that I have been 30 for 2 whole days that I am enetering the greatest part of my life. Please come along for my journey.
