slowly and steadily - stay the course
Boy is it hard to live through the ribbing of everyone eating burgers and fries, while you just eat the salad, and drink a tea....
boy.... i did just have a few fries...but compensate with even more greens...that's the balance....at least for me....
I play with the croutons, avoiding eating but a few, making piles on my plate...like some weird design...but they are loaded with dressing....and dont contribute anything to my health...
yesterday and today...only had 1/2 the hershey bar... but it did satisfy, oh so much...and keeping busy help loads...

on the way
well i am on my way...
lost 27 lbs last spring to july, only to gain back 16 lbs over fall to february. Processed Flour CARBS are the culprit. It is the only thing I cut out last year. I continued to eat sugar, limited wine or beer, limited protein, lots of fiber, and lots of organic substances, salads, vegi's, nuts, etc. I lost the weight. It was amazing that even avoiding croutons became a game and important to me.
i lost the 27 lbs...it did work..... I called it the felix beach diet, as i was preparing to go to the beach during the summer...
and...it worked....
now, I start again, as i have eaten all those carbs again, bit by bit, over the past 6 months, and then the weight comes on, bit by bit.
It is crazy..... but i jump started myself thsi time with a change by taking lipodrene. wow. it has really helped curb the appetite.
we'll see what happens.
