Getting Ready
I have been back on my diet. I am back on Special K's, boiled chicken and salads. All Good! I have to say that i got off track for a minute there, Back to on track. I have to loose some of this fat. The other day I got down to 165lb couldnt believe it. The scale left me with my mouth opened.. I seem to have gain 2 lbs but I know they will be back off bye the end of week.

I am back
Hello all,
This is the first time I log on in a long time. It feels good to be back. This blog keeps me on my toes. I hadn't been on b/c I was in Texas for one month. Last 2 weeks in July and 2 weeks in August. Due to my father being ill. I came back home for 2 weeks and then left again for 7 days.
Even though I was gone away from home for so long I have to say I did good maintaining my diet. I am still 169 ( should be better) But I am not stopping. My measurements are still the same. I did drink a lot of soda in Texas but pushed myself to also drink water and juice.
As everyone knows that I had a 20 year High School Reunion August 12, 2006. Well, I didn't make it because I came home the day of my reuionion and was to tired to go.
However, I do want to stop working on my loosing weight just because my reunion was my focus on loosing weight. I now have another goal. I have a 15nera in December in Texas and Lots of my Dads family will be there. Relatives from all over will be going to this big fiesta. So, Loly needs to be her best at that time.
I am trying to get back to the gym to work it out.
I have given up soda completely.

Going at it again
Well yesterday was a good day for me. I had plans to drink 2 shakes yesterday and have a good dinner. Well things changed a little. In the morning I couldn't drink my shake in the morning because I didn't have skim milk. So what I did I drank a cup of coffee with cream and raw sugar. Lunch time I had 8oz of shake with protein.
This is the good part: I got home at 5:00pm but couldn't get home till 5:45pm because didn't have a key. I finally got in the house and started to cook. I made Mole for the family and I boiled me a piece of chicken breast with veggies, But then I had to leave at 6:30pm to go walking with our ladies from church. I asked my son to watch the food on the stove. He accidently forgot and burned my veggies and my chicken breast. I looked at my food and I looked at the mole ( boy did it look good)! I safed what I could and still had me a very small piece of chicken and very little veggies. I was lazy at cooking another piece of chicken and more veggies so I ate what was good.
Well my day continues again. Have to do washa and going to plant my flowers todays I've had them for about 2 weeks now and haven't done anything with them. Better get on it right away after dinner.
I will take my shake today for breakfast and lunch

Today
I am still 171 YUK! Whatever! I have decided to do herbalife shakes again. This week is the last week in this month. Can you believe that? Where has June gone too? I have been stuck at this weight for a while now. Not that I have done anything to loose it. ( My fault) I have 6 weeks to go for my High School Reunion. Jrs reunion is July 15, 2006 which is right around the corner. I know that I haven't reached my goal but I feel pretty confident. 18lbs might not seem like alot but I feel good. I not satified because I have a goal to get to 145. I still have 25lbs to go. I will continue to go until I reach my goal.
I can't expect to loose my weight overnight when It took me about 8 years to add on the pounds.
I guess we will see on Saturday what results I get from my shakes. Might not see any for the 1st week till the end of my 2nd week.

20 year reunion is getting closer
I REALLY MAD RIGHT NOW! I was almost done with my blog and I cleared it up. I really do not care for this laptop I'd rather have a computer..
Ladies, I was doing really bad with all this nice weather we have been cooking out alot. I was up to 173lbs. Help!!!!! On Monday I went right back to my strict Diet, I have been measureing and watching what I am eatting.
I am right back to 169 I lost 4lbs in 4 days AWESOME! I should be at 160 and size 10 by now. But its all baby steps...
I took my measurement the other night since we haven't done that in a while.
This is what I started with on 2/3/2006
I was 187.2 lbs and now I'm at 169
Hips were at 42.75 and now they are at 39
Thighs were at 25 and now are at 23
waist was at 36.25 and now is at 33 inches
bust was at 41 and now is at 37 inches
abdomen I was at 44.5inches and now I am at 39
So my coca- cola body measurements are 37-33-39-39 I have a long way to go yet.
Thank you so much for the support on my weight loss. Let continue on working together to reach our goals. I know that we are all in baby steps trying to loose all these extrapounds.
I had told Pajara that I didnt know why but couple weeks back all I wanted to do was sleep couldn't do anything else because I was so tired and drained out. Didnt have any kind of energy whats so ever, Thank God I am over that stage. I took 2 vacations days last week to catch up on my house. I finally got to organized my room and Krystyna got to organized her room. With my parents coming to visit I need to have that house totally in order. Jr has been trying to paint my bathroom for 6months still not finished. Crazy! Just too much going on, He will be finishing my bathroom sometime next week. I will be painting my room and the hallway between the rooms. Jr just ordered me a new bedroom set. I can;t wait to get that. I really needed it. Can't wait to get it !
I finally went to my apartment downstairs and got that pretty much cleaned up. The hardest part will be getting up to the 4th floor where my boys used to. Bringing the pool table form the 4th floor down to the 1st floor that will be lots of fun. Then all there all games that have in there rec room.
Well I think I need to get to work before my BOSS yells at me.
Yea Right! Not good having your husband as your boss.. Jk

today
Gilrs, I have told you how much I have been eating all week. I just think it that TOM anytime now so of course I want to eat anything and everything infront of me. Well, yesterday morning I had an appt and I wasn't able to eat lunch until 2:30pm or 3pm. So what does Loly eat? I had Mcdonalds, a quaterpounder meat with a coke how aweful! I know that it has alot of calories but didn't seem to care at the present moment. I didn't have dinner of course. So after work I sat on the couch for 20minutes and then pushed myself to do some laundry and clean my house( still didn't get to the bedrooms).. I was craving Shrimp Cocktail but Jr got home late so he couldn't go buy the stuff I need to make it. So late last night I was hungry and we had some left overs from the cookout so I had me a chicken drum with pico de gallo.
I was afraid to get on the scale this morning b/c yesterday I was almost 173lbs. This morning I get on it and it read 169. I couldn't believe it so I will wait to see where it is tomorrow,

Dinner night
Girls, Jr grilled outside again! Hegrilled out some chicken drumsticks. I made some mexican rice with some pico de gallo.
I had 2 chicken drumsticks with rice and a lot of pico de gallo with lots of lime on it.
Yes! I had soda... I need to give it up again,.. No excuse for not drinking water I have plenty of it at home.

My Journey
I have been battling with this weight loss. We started this as a group of 3. I started doing really good.. working out/ eating less watching everything I ate. Now I still watch what I eat but I do not work out. Too busy! Just can't seem to fit it in my schedule.
I have less then 9 weeks for my 20 high school reunion. Lossing weight is very important for me.
I am going to make a commitment to myself: I will not try but I will excercise 5 days a week at home. This is a commitment that I am making to myself.
Girls, I haven't been faithful with my eating this week. We haven't gone grocery shopping ( too busy)... so I have been eating what ever.
Jr cooked out aracheras and tabilitas on Saturday and Sunday. So I ate. Seems like I ate a lot but I really only had Meat and pico de gallo. The only bad stuff would be the soda and tortillas. OOPPS!!!
I will be placing a herbalife order today. A few weeks back I did shakes for 2 weeks 2 a day and got down to 166. I will try that again. That seems to work for me the only thing is if I don't get my stuff ready at night ( like my shakes, vitamins and snacks.
Then mornings are to busy that I don't have time to pack anything up and that's when I walk out of the house without breakfast and without lunch and during work hours I will of course end up at a restaurant for breakfast and lunch.
I will keep you girls posted on what I do...

Last night Dinner
I did really bad I cooked hambergers. I had 2 with lowfat white cheese with just mustard. I had very few potatoe chips with 2 jalepenos and dranked water. I really wanted soda but I held back.

last nights dinner
I realy wanted soup because I wasn't feeling well but instead I had thin steaks with vegetables.
This morning i had abowl of cereal with skim milk with some grapres.
lunch I have been drinking my jugo parcha/ I have grapes and watermellon to munch on.
Dinner: Most likely I will have soup. Dr prescribed a syrup for this cough so hopefuly i will be ok soon....
