36 Day Mini Challange

Day #1 School starts again in 36 days. I wonder what I can change about myself in those 36 days. That's the idea behind my curent weight loss plan. Today is clearly day 1. I want to see what I can do in these coming days, if I will find excuse's even though I have way more free time now. 36 Day Challange involves: A) 1hr Cardio 5 days a week B) Healthy Breakfest EVERYDAY C) Water, Water, Water! How much should I be drinking? D) Food Diary! Calorie counting....fun I am on my way to the gym now! Woot. Wish me luck. ~FattyCakes~ PS: Video Blog Coming Sooooooon! Watch for it!

Its been awhile

Here am I? I am not good at this.

The End of Week 1, and new Goals.

Okay folk that’s it, I have official been on my new plan for a whole week….Please applauded me now, and in lieu of gifts send cash donations to your local charities.

So how did week 1 go??????? Alright I think. I did accomplish all my goals. I worked out all four days; I ate breakfast, stayed away from fast food and logged on to my blog twice. Woot! I did pretty good. Like, I said my food habits really need to improve.

So now I have to set Week 2 goals. They are going to be a little tougher, seeing as I am now in the full swing things. Also I should mention that I have set up some guided lines form this whole week goal fun. This is what I think about well on the treadmill.. hehe.  Guidelines for weekly goals are: they will be five goals a week, goals will be posted every Wednesday, and I will award myself somehow if I succeeded at all of my weekly goals for 2 weeks in a row.

This Week My goals are. 1) Four days at the gym. 2) Do something active on my day off (Monday) like hike, or swim. 3) Eat a healthy Breakfast everyday 4) Eat more fruits, and veggies. I think as long as I have one of these everyday, that will be a nice small step. I think I can handle this. Small steps. small steps. 5) Log on to EP at least twice this week. There we Go….Also my reward for doing well this week, and achieving all my goals will be NEW COMPUTER SPEAKERS!!! LoL I really need them, so I can Jam Louder! I will not get them until I kick diet and Exercise butt for 2 weeks in a row.I think that’s it!!!!! Welcome week 2!

YO YO HOMIES!!!!

This week...has been alright. I have been doing really well with th gym stuff, but I could always improve on the food. Thats really my bad point. Any suggestions? Sometimes I just dont know what I am putting in my mouth.

Just a quicky...

This week is so far so good. I've made it to the gym twice, and hvae eaten well so far...Hopefully I will keep it up :) I haven't figured out when my weigh ins will be. Alright goodbye sweet blog..

Lets get down to it!

Okay so I think its time I stepped my game up. I think the best way for me to keep my self accoutable is to set weekly goals. Today is the Wed the 5th, so I will set goals by every wednesday. Which will work really well because I have computer classes all day on wednesdays. All right this weeks goals are... 1) This week I will get to the gym four days. Right now I am just trying to get there. As I improve i will set gym goals. 2) I will eat a healthy breakfest everyday. 3) I will not eat at Taco bell, Sonic, or anyother grease food joint. This is a BIG deal. and my last goal 4) I will witre in my blog at least twice, and I will learn more about healthy and clean eating. Woo-hoo! Wish me luck!

Welcome to my Second blog!

Welcome one and all! Its going to be a hell of a ride. Buckle up, and please keep hands inside the blog. ANYWAYS, its my 3rd day of the new FattyCakes. The FattyCakes that watches what she eats and goes to the gym! AWESOME! So, how are things going you may ask? Well the food part has been really great, I am making smarter choices. And today will actually be my first gym day. I am a little scared! hehe. I should mention that this is not my first shot at losing weight, My freshmen year of college I lost 40 pound. But, I gained it all back in the summer. TEAR! Alright I need to get moving.

Hello there.

My first blog, clealry. I am not really sure where this is going, but just maybe a weight loss blog will help me out this time around. I guess I should just give a overview of who I am, and why I have joined extrapounds. Here goes nothing, I am 21 year old Film student. I am fat, thats why I am here. That about sums it up! Theres so much I could say, but I suppose I don't feel like it. Maybe I don't want to write about being fat, thats the issue. Yet, I do. I should write about old fattyCakes. Its just a bit hard. I'll deal...this seems like a fine idea.
