36 Day Mini Challange
Day #1
School starts again in 36 days. I wonder what I can change about myself in those 36 days. That's the idea behind my curent weight loss plan. Today is clearly day 1. I want to see what I can do in these coming days, if I will find excuse's even though I have way more free time now.
36 Day Challange involves:
A) 1hr Cardio 5 days a week
B) Healthy Breakfest EVERYDAY
C) Water, Water, Water! How much should I be drinking?
D) Food Diary! Calorie counting....fun
I am on my way to the gym now! Woot. Wish me luck.

Just checking in to see if everything is going okay. you expressed interest in the 20Somethings challenge, but we haven't yet seen your starting weight post on the forum. Either way, I hope you're doing well and are still on track with meeting your goal!
