The End of Week 1, and new Goals.
Okay folk that’s it, I have official been on my new plan for a whole week….Please applauded me now, and in lieu of gifts send cash donations to your local charities.
So how did week 1 go??????? Alright I think. I did accomplish all my goals. I worked out all four days; I ate breakfast, stayed away from fast food and logged on to my blog twice. Woot! I did pretty good. Like, I said my food habits really need to improve.
So now I have to set Week 2 goals. They are going to be a little tougher, seeing as I am now in the full swing things. Also I should mention that I have set up some guided lines form this whole week goal fun. This is what I think about well on the treadmill.. hehe. Guidelines for weekly goals are: they will be five goals a week, goals will be posted every Wednesday, and I will award myself somehow if I succeeded at all of my weekly goals for 2 weeks in a row.
This Week My goals are. 1) Four days at the gym. 2) Do something active on my day off (Monday) like hike, or swim. 3) Eat a healthy Breakfast everyday 4) Eat more fruits, and veggies. I think as long as I have one of these everyday, that will be a nice small step. I think I can handle this. Small steps. small steps. 5) Log on to EP at least twice this week. There we Go….Also my reward for doing well this week, and achieving all my goals will be NEW COMPUTER SPEAKERS!!! LoL I really need them, so I can Jam Louder! I will not get them until I kick diet and Exercise butt for 2 weeks in a row.I think that’s it!!!!! Welcome week 2!
