Lets get down to it!
Okay so I think its time I stepped my game up. I think the best way for me to keep my self accoutable is to set weekly goals. Today is the Wed the 5th, so I will set goals by every wednesday. Which will work really well because I have computer classes all day on wednesdays. All right this weeks goals are... 1) This week I will get to the gym four days. Right now I am just trying to get there. As I improve i will set gym goals. 2) I will eat a healthy breakfest everyday. 3) I will not eat at Taco bell, Sonic, or anyother grease food joint. This is a BIG deal. and my last goal 4) I will witre in my blog at least twice, and I will learn more about healthy and clean eating. Woo-hoo! Wish me luck!
