No change!!!!
Well, today is monday (weigh in day), still 264, NO CHANGE!!!! That is so upsetting. I have not been exercising, but I thought this phen was supposed to make me lose anyway. Am I wrong??? I am waiting for the treadmills to be fixed at the gym at work. I know it sound like an exuse, but I tried the stair stepper and the bike, and they kill my knees. Somebody tell me why this med isn't working.

Making it work
I don't use Phen but I gather that it is supposed to help you control your eating. That means you have to eat less - the drug just makes that easier. You probably know this already but there is lots of information and support groups for Phen users at http://www.phentermine.com/
I would make two sugestions; first start keeping a food journal - record everything you eat. That is the best way you can be sure that you are in fact eating less then before. For even better results start actually calculating how many calories you're eating. This is not that hard as there are great resources online to help (like extrapounds.com). Second, while exercise is a great way to a more healthy life, on its own it really is a hard way to lose weight. Simply put it takes a lot of exercise to lose calories. For me at least I choose not to eat something rather than have to exercise it off. For example, I think its easier to say NO to a side of french fries rather the spending 1hr walking off the 500 calories they contain.
The way to lose weight is eat less than your body needs. If Phen helps, then great - but you still have to eat less. You should use all the tools available to you to achieve that.
Good Luck!
