OK, down 2 more pounds, yippee, I don't know what happened. I got cellulitis in my leg, so I can't hit the treadmill, but I should still lose, right????? Oh well, 2 pounds is something.

OK, I forgot to weigh in monday and yesterday, but today, I am down to 257, that is 13lbs, since start. I have been stressed, I REALLY messed up on my bank account, it is -1034.00 or something. YES, that is a minus/negativ/- sign before the number. What does this have to do with weight loss??? I will tell you.
I am a comfort eater, as you may be. I am stressed, depressed, and so here is a test of my will power. I have had about 6 squares of caramello in the past week....not too bad. I would normally eat the whole pound bar.
Anyway, there has been no love lately, but send some if you can spare it.

2 great things to say today:
1) I went to the gym last night, and just like some of the comments said, I went for 1/2 hour (first time to the gym in months) on the treadmill, sped it up above what the program was at, and didn't want to stop, but I had to due to babysitting issues.
2) I am at my first 10 lbs mark today!!!!!!!
OK, today, no change, still 261, but I guess that is better than going up. I feel smaller though, I can squeeze to the next hole in my belt, it's snug, but it gets there. I am turning a new leaf today,
I AM GOING TO THE GYM!!!! I have been putting it off, but have to make myself go, that is all there is to it. Wish me luck!!!
OK, I know that it is bad to weight yourself EVERY day, but since there was no change monday, I have been, and finally, I an down to 261 this mornin, I was worried. Now, can someone tell me? Does phen also multiply what you do in exercise??? Here is what I mean, yesterday, I walked into work, weight in at 264, had to move my cubicle of stuff, made me sweat (yuck, while at work) and now I am 261 this morning. I ate the same as every other day, 3 meals... I don't get it, but I like it and will take it.
Well, today is monday (weigh in day), still 264, NO CHANGE!!!! That is so upsetting. I have not been exercising, but I thought this phen was supposed to make me lose anyway. Am I wrong??? I am waiting for the treadmills to be fixed at the gym at work. I know it sound like an exuse, but I tried the stair stepper and the bike, and they kill my knees. Somebody tell me why this med isn't working.
Well, I weighed in yesterday, at 264. I ate more than I should have this weekend, friday was my anniversary, so we went to a casino, did the buffet (I had half of usual) and then a big breakfast (kind of) sat morning. The pills are not as noticable anymore, but I went to the gym at work, and did have energy for that, so that is good. I feel let down, for some reason, like the pills are'nt working, but they are, I lost 6 lbs in less that a week, and am not as hungery as usual. I don't snack at breaks, and sometimes forget them all together!! Anyway, if you are reading this, let me know, give some love 
Well, I started the phen yesterday, had small dizzy spells, but could walk through them, did't fall or anything. My energy was up and down, and I had small sharp pains on both edges of my chest. My left arm is ok, and when I went for a brisk walk, my lungs hurt, I think it was related. My energy seemed to come back when I did something, but my job is sitting at a desk, so it is hard to do. I ate abou 1/2 of normal, and NO SNACKING!!!!
Today I weighed myself, and I show a loss, already, or about 4 lbs. Maybe just water, maybe because I didn't eat as much, we will see.
Well, tomorrow, I start phentermine, so I will log it here. Wish me luck!!!!
