Shout out for Easy, Healthy Recipes

If any one has any easy, healthy recipes that I could make in 30 minutes or less, I would greatly appreciate it.  I could really use some ideas.

chicken and tomarto casserole

This is one of my favourites.
 
Put some pasta or rice on to cook.
 
Cut some chicken breast into pieces, dry fry this off until cooked through, remove from pan.
 
Chop and dry fry some onions and mushrooms, add a tin of plum tomartoes and heat through. I add some tomarto puree to thicken the sauce. Add herbs as you fancy them, I ussually add some Italian style herbs but you could use curry or chilli. Add the chicken and heat through. Serve with the pasta or rice.
 
It freezes too so I make loads and then just put it into portions in the freezer.
