Medifast Order

So today I begin. I was laying in bed this morning debating to order Medifast. It seems so drastic and God knows I could use that money on paying off debt. But I decided to order.

I have tried so many diets in the last year and spent alot of money only to end up fatter than I have ever been. I debate should I order Medifast or try Weight Watchers/Counting Calories again. Well I have tried and tried those and never was able to stick to it.

My plan is to use Medifast to get rid of the blubber. Once I am comfortably back in my size 12's (the majority of clothes in my closet) then I will switch to Weight Watchers or Counting Calories. In order to give myself some more food options and learn to lose and eventually maintain that weight loss.

I am not kiding myself. I know this is going to be hard. But I hope the pounds will come off fast and inspire me to keep going!

You made a good choice!

Hi there and thanks for replying to my post.  I just wanted to check in and see how your first day went.  It can be a bit uncomfortable for the first 3 or 4 days, but don't be discouraged.  After you get past that, it's easy sailing.  If you feel hungry and can't get past it, try having a cup of tea or boullion.  If you just don't think you can make it, have another supplement instead of regular food.  Many people start out having one extra supplement for the first few days to help them get used to the process.  When I started, I did have some hunger, but it made me happy because I was so psyched to get started and I knew it was starting to work.

I want to give you a forum address.

http://www.makemethinner.com/forum/index.php

If that address doesn't work, just use  makemethinner.com and then browse to the forum from there.

This is a Medifast support forum and it's a great group of people.  It's run by a lady and her husband who were both on Medifast and have lost tons of weight and kept it off for years.  If you join that forum, you will get so much positive support from them and all of the members.

I want you to know that if you follow the Medifast plan without cheating, your weight will drop off.  Best of luck to you.  See you at the forum :)
