Before After

The Evil Troll came thru'!

Yep I recieved my June child support today.  He even dated it the 30th of June.  Was it tacky of me to write -recieved on July 3rd on the front with a smiley face? - I didn't think so either.

At least I will have electricity about 20 more days.  Phone and internet is likely also.  Food, well we will do what we can.  Now if I could just get paid for the 3 months of care for the special needs kid...

I am a total sloth today.  I think I am still recovering from paint duty.  I have 1 wall left to do in the bedroom  I just need to move the bed to paint it.  Or I could do like I did with the triple dresser with mirrored hutch...I kind of cheated.  I painted around it...it's not like I can ever move it by myself and if I ever buy another house that huge ass thing is staying right here.

The chocolate craving continues.  Weight Watchers better not quit making the giant fudgebars anytime soon.  A friend told me it made her crave fudge...something I don't eat so I will try to think of that instead of creamy melted chocolate and Dove dark chocolate.

Dinner was hotsalad(shredded cabbage, onion, bellpepper and carrots, cooked in light italian dressing) and turkey dogs...should have interesting results...hope the fireworks are loud enough to cover up if I have a ....uh...uncontrollable urge to 'express myself' tonight.

Have a happy 4th and go easy on the potato salad. :)

Mmmmm

...cabbage! I just bought a nice little head of Bok Choy the other day, I cant wait to saute' that in some onion and garlic. I fear for the person(s) who just HAS to talk to me, because I tell you, I'll have the full frontal breath attack for that unlucky somebody...lol.

I hope your dinner doesn't rise up and scare someone, or worse, knock them unconscious, because you know, well, you know, how can I express this is a "lady like" way.... "wind" is not comforting, when it is blasting you in the nostrils and smells to all be damned. You can be honest, how was that for "lady like".

Stay Strong, your doing wonderfully :)

Re: Chickening Out

I know what you mean, my knees literally killed me for months when I first started running, so I stopped and then I started again (damn magazines!), I read in this magazine where running is the top rated fat burning exercise. I mean ask yourself, have you ever seen a fat runner? and Im NOT talking about the little portly kid running for the ice cream truck...lol.

Anyway, I started running again and just like before, but, worse! my knee actually fell out of alignment. I have a nurse friend who said that's pretty common in women, since our knees aren't perfect to begin with...hmmm? someone must of known we would be down on them alot, mainly praying that we dont kill someone one day, namely a person of the male gender (?).

Again, anyway, I kept it up, I didn't let the pain beat me this time and before I knew it...no pain at all! I still cant believe it myself.

Running is difficult. Your knees will never be ready for the impact they take from your upper body weight, it doesn't matter how small you are, even petite "new runners" experience knee "ohhhs and owwwieee's". However, I read somewhere (another damn magazine!) that walking was the best fat burning, because running burns the carbs first, walking gets right to the "fat of it", hee hee, you get it? "fat of ....uh never mind.  Whatever makes the lbs go down IM IN!.

Thanks for blogging me, as you can see, I need a little company...lol.

Stay strong you look GREAT!
