1/2 tuna sandwich w/mayo - 175 cals.
1 dill pickle - 10 cals.
Dinner:
1/2 ham steak - 70 cals.
1/2 cup sweet (canned) corn - 80 cals.
6 brussel sprouts - 45 cals.
1 baked potato / 1 tbsp butter - 215 cals.
Total Calories Consumed - 845

Exercise:
Morning/Noon - 30 mins. on eliptical trainer for 325 cals. burned.
Evening - 30 mins. on eliptical trainer for 395 cals. burned (more was burned on my evening workout because I added resistance to my routine).
