I was not going to post today because I am having a bad TOM day. Dietwise I have not really been eating much except for Advil for cramps. I will weigh tomorrow but I am not sure what number I will see on the scale.

plateau

You had asked about my plateau... and the plateau I was referring to was the length of time I spent at my high weight.  Nothing I was doing would help... I did curves and toned up some but lost no weight.  I tried limiting portions and stuff like that and never lost.  The only thing that works for me is phase 1 of SB.  Phase 2 is okay, but I find that if I'm not losing a noticable amount that I start to slide back into bad habits.  This time I'm sticking with a mostly phase 1 attitude and adding only a small bit of carbs here and there.  I think that is more what phase 2 is supposed to be.  The first time I did the SB thing I started eating many carbs (I chose the better carbs, like I was supposed to, but I added them at every meal, snack, etc.).  This time I'm adding one or 2 carb choices a day and that's it.  I'm still losing, which is what I want.  I'm almost down to pre-baby weight, which isn't slim by a long shot, but more what I'm used to.  Don't let mess-ups bring you down!  Keep going on immediately after and a little brownie won't ruin you.
