Down 2, but I had a bad day...
Good news lost 2... Bad news I had chocolate, that needs to stop.
For lunch yesterday I had a killer roastbeef sandwich, then at home I had a take 5 CB (Bad, Bad, Bad) then a lean pocket. So all in all I guess ok.
For today if all goes right as planned, I have a salad for lunch with ricecakes for a snack and for dinner maybe a lean dinner.

June was a dud, July is going to be better
For some reason I didn't care June, I didn't diet... of course I watched what I ate but I didn't lose anything. I did gain 2 pounds but for someone not caring that isnt bad.
So thats that, my butt needs to get into gear.
My main goal is to get to a healthy BMI, so baby steps till then...

The weekends and my husbands kill me...
I hate the effects of the weekend has on my goals. My husband isn't very supportive and thinks that everything needs to be finished on the plate, that a plate isn't anything inless its deepfried, you look weak ordering a salad at a restaurant and that you need to eat 3 huge meals a day.
I need to stay strong this weekend for myself... I just need to.
