Today Really Is My Day One
So here I am...Day One...Again. I have made numerous attempts at weight loss over the years trying everything out there from the no carb to the low carb to the only carb and every variation in between. I have to say that many of my attempts have been successful...temporary...but successful, so I know that I can do it.
I begin each new attempt with so much motivation and I really work hard to change my bad habits of lack of exercise and over eating. I carefully moniter each morsel that I consume and I make a deliberate effort to increase the activity level and I see results. Big results. Fast results.
My problem is that once I see those results, I relax. I'm not as careful about what I'm eating and I don't pay as much attention to how much exercise I am getting. Needless to say, within a short amount of time I put back on any weight I've lost plus some.
That is why as I begin another attempt of weight loss I have decided to approach each new day as my "day one". I want to be just as motivated about healthy eating and activity tomorrow as I was today.
