STUCK
So I'm not losing any weight. Not gaining any either, but geez not losing is no fun! And I'm still eating really good! (Though I did have some dirty rice last night
) But I've been exercising the whole time! I'm also strength training so I understand that that can have something to do with it as I'm gaining muscle and losing fat. I have noticed some nice definition to my arms & legs and I'm stoked about that. :) Well, today's a new day! Tomorrow we leave for a weekend getaway so I'm going to go to the store today and get some HEALTHY snacks to bring with us, along with my wonderful Special K protein drinks. :)
