Life

gets so busy sometimes! I'm not complaining though because I hate being bored! Though, I do have to say, I haven't been bored in a LONG time. The life of a momma I suppose  Anyway, I did manage to lose another lb. which I'm happy about! Last week I didn't exercise as much but I am trying to eat very CLEAN and take all the bad stuff out of my diet. Its amazing how many things have HFCS in it! But I'm shopping accordingly and finding the things without it. Spring has finally hit here and I'm so excited about getting to be outside more with my boys!

STUCK

So I'm not losing any weight. Not gaining any either, but geez not losing is no fun! And I'm still eating really good! (Though I did have some dirty rice last night) But I've been exercising the whole time! I'm also strength training so I understand that that can have something to do with it as I'm gaining muscle and losing fat. I have noticed some nice definition to my arms & legs and I'm stoked about that. :) Well, today's a new day! Tomorrow we leave for a weekend getaway so I'm going to go to the store today and get some HEALTHY snacks to bring with us, along with my wonderful Special K protein drinks. :)

Horton hears a Who

Had such a good (but busy!) weekend! Saturday night we went to see Horton Hears a Who with my friend and Caleb's best friend and it was SOO cute. And of course, I had to have popcorn & nachos because we go to the movies like once a YEAR, LOL. It was good, but wow gross at the same time. I was for sure I'd gain weight but luckily I didn't, at the same time, I didn't lose any either of course! But I did good Sunday and I'm doing good today!

back on track!

Well, I'm feeling alot better, now if my kids could just feel better! I got my cardio done for the day and now just have to do my lifting and maybe some abs on the exercise ball if I get some more time. I'm learning to really love doing my cardio videos!

The flu

So I came down with a 24 hr flu bug type thing. I still have a runny nose & that fun stuff but not achy or weak like I was yesterday, thank God. Guess it has it's perks though as I lost a couple lbs! LOL Anyway, I didn't do abs or any exercise yesterday so I'll be doing that today! Fun fun :)

Ready to get this started!

My friend Jackie recommended this site to me, and I really like it! Hopefully this will keep me motivated enough to lose the weight I want to lose. I love that you can keep track of your food intake on here. I think that will really help! I have 2 boys, 2 1/2 & 6 months and I am ready to look like I did before having them! Though, they were definitely worth it.

Well, it's 7:15am here and snowing  So I have a long day ahead of me!
