day 6 - no bueno :(
Not a good day. Well, campus was closed because of the crazy snow we got, so that was definitely good! But no school meant movie day with the roomies, and too much snacks :(
For lunch I ate pork chops, potatos au gratin and green beans. So that was pretty good. Pork chop was small, too many potatoes tho. Got full half way thru. Then I hate a whole bag of beef jerky (Only really 240 calories, so not so bad) and almost all of the rest of my veggie crisps. Probably another 200-300 calories there too. Then for dinner I ate subway. Which was good actually. I also had a fat free chai latte from starbucks :( it was NOT good and a TOTAL waste of calories. Ugh I shouldn't have gotten it. I took a bite of a brownie and threw the rest away, and a mini peanut butter cup. And some nerds. Man, I feel really bad. And it wasn't even bad stuff that I ate! Oh, and a bunch of watermelon. Bleh. My scale said 187 :( this morning it said 183. I HAVE to stop weighing myself. UGH.
Hopefully i'm just bloated. I ate a whole lot of sodium. I was probably about 100-200 over my calorie goal, so not so bad I guess. I've already had 2 bottles of water, on my 3rd, so maybe tomorrow i'll be okay again.
Darn you weather! Make us all want to lay around and snack!
