I'm feeling GREAT today! 
For breakfast I had an odwalla banana nut bar and a sugar free red bull (boo I know, but i was so tired!) and a smart water. 
Lunch was a delicious turkey sub from subway with almost all the veggies and red wine vinaigrette and baked lays. It was great! I've gotta stop eating at subway for lunch, tho, and use what's rest of my meal card first lol $12 in two days on lunch. Unfortunately I only have 26 of meal card left until friday. And everything in that damn cafe downstairs is so expensive! I guess i'll just have to eat more subway, at least until my meal card resets for the month. It's okay, i love it :)

I just got out of the gym. I did 30 min on the elliptical. And I did the machine's preset 'weight loss' set. It was 4 minutes on resistance 1, then 4 on resistance 8 repeated for 30 min. It was pretty hard! Usually I just set my own resistance, but this one pushed me. I thought I was gonna die for the 4 min higher resistance and I wanted to lower it so bad, but I stuck it out. Then when it went back to 1, all was dandy and I forgot about all the pain for 4 minutes haha. 
BUT I caved. I weighed myself at the gym. I've told myself i'm going to make fridays my weigh in days so I don't drive myself crazy, but I couldn't resist! I just had to see my weight on a real, doctor-style scale so I can see how right my new digital scale is. AND, great news! Down 3 lbs! Woo!! My scale at home said the same thing last night, so now I know I can trust it. 3 lbs in 5 days is fantastic. 

I was really starting to get worried. I keep asking myself, what if I do all of this and it doesn't work like last time? What if I spent $120 on starting pills and I wasted my money? My dr. said that in order to stay on the program and get the pills I have to lose at least 4 lbs a month. I'm so relieved that I've already done it, and now all I can do is overshoot my goal. I know it's working, and I'm so motivated to keep going!!

Dinner was kind of a struggle today. The dinner special was chicken fried steak, au gratin potatoes and veggies. I couldn't justify eating something that had fried in the name, especially after doing so well today. The pizza also looked soooo good. But instead I got a turkey burger. It was pretty good. I also got some baked veggie crisps cheddar flavored. They were good; tasted like regular chips. I got full half way thru the burger but kept eating it because I know I need to eat at least 1200 calories. I'm not doing all of this sacrificing just to get my body in starvation mode to start saving all my fat. Pretty pleased with myself. Ate 1275 calories today and burned off at least 355. The machine said 355, but daily plate said 410. Either way, I burned more than I ate which is the point right? I did go over my sodium goal tho. Not by a terrible amount. Just 102.29% of my daily value. I'll be bloaty, but overall today was a good day!
