Getting Serious

Well I am back, most likely no one even reads this anymore but oh well. I have started working out. It has been 3 weeks and I have lost 5 lbs. I'm pretty happy about this!

Question!

Ok, so I was stoked to loose weight and finlly be tiny and look where I am at now, RIGHT AT THE FRIGGIN BEGINNING. Seriously guys it is way too frusterating, why can'y I do it, why can't I just eat healthy, why can't I just work out everyday. I swear if I was rich I woud be skinny, I'm not too sure how that words into making much sense at all but right now it does. I am just so frusterated. Plus, some girls want to have a girls weekend and they are talking about going to Grand Bend which is this fun beach and well no, I am not going to a beach with a bunch of skinny girls for a whole weekend. WOW, how frusterating am I. I just hate this, seriously I could cry, this is so stupid!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

DAY 19

YIKES! So last week was my first week being back to school after all college teachers went on strike in Ontario. It ws really hard to get back on routine so therefore I only had a chance to workout once which was great but unfortunately I have no recorded my points since last Wednesday. Good news is that I am still 180 but I am making sure I record everything today.

For those of you who don't know what a G1 an G2 to are, it is your driver's license levels :)

DRIVING

Okie this has nothing to do with losing weight. I am 23 and only have my G1 but I made my G2 test for next Tuesday and I am keeping it a suprise to the world I see everyday including my parents. I live with my boyfriend. It is hard keeping a suprise like this and well I needed to tell someone so I decided to tell all you lovely people! My man thinks I will do good, he said I will pass. I think forsure I will pass, I don't know I feel good about it, I am just so excited and yeah, hahahah Nite Ladies! <3

Day 13

I have decided that I am going to do 20 minutes of Winsor Pilates every morning during the week. I think this sounds pretty good. I wake up with my man at 5:30 he leaves at 5:45-6, pop in the tape take my shower get ready, eat breakfast, then I am out the door. I think this sounds good. I have all these Winsor Pilates tapes and I decided on the Body Slimming 20 minute one, so I hope this boosts my weight loss. I mean I am doing so goo with my eating I figure adding this in 5 times a week will have to do something, right?

Well I am going to go tanning and  help a friend with pharmacology math, so I will add to this blog later tonight with my daily points intake. LOVE YOU ALL!

Day 12

okie so I know it is not weight in day, but meh I had to weigh myself. AND GUESS WHAT!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

I         LOST          2          MORE         POUNDS!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

I AM 180!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! Omg, it was funny I went and got one of my man's 10lbs weights and put it on the scale to make sure the scale was working and it was, so I got back on it and it was still 180, I think I wanna sing and dance! Omg I am just the happiest person right now :)

Soon it will be good-bye 180's and hello 170's!

Day 11

Hey there girls! I have a feeling I will weigh the same this week, nothing I am sad over but jst a gut feelings. For the most part I have been doing good. Saturday was date night so we we to Kelsey's for dinner, I ordered the fish and chips, b ut get this I had a piece of brushetta and once my meal came I had two bites of fish a few fries and I was full. Seriously I hardly ate anything! hehehe does this mean my stomach is shrinking? I SURE HOPE! With going out for dinner and everything I only went one over my total was 25 but then I rememered I had this coffee drink at resturant with awhole bunch of fatness of good! HAhAHa, so I am unsure how many points it was but those could be part of my flex points, and other then that I haven't used any flex points, WooOHoOO for me. Only thing is I had fries again today, now I amnot happy with myself, bad bad bad still good for points but that won't help if I heat fries everyday OFCOURSE I won't loose anything, so yes I need to back away from the fries, that is the only thing that I crave so badly when we eat out, hehehe, I should have gotten what I usually get at Kelsey's Vegie pizza, oh well, next time! Well I shall go guys still weighing in at 182 :)

DAY 9

Teehee, I was such a bad girl yesturday. I had chocolate, chips and even Mcnuggets later on in the day, hahaha, I am so bad. I'm not mad because I knew what I was doing, but all is well I stll weigh 182, and I have my period, lol, so things are greeeeeeeeeat!

Today is a good day though. I am being a very good girl. I had to go to the bank to get laundry money so I decided to drop by the grocery store for a few things, and this is what I got: chicken breast, brocolli(sp?), apples, oranges, plums, lettuce, bagels, bread and bananas, Mmmmm so healthy I am!

Day 6

[edit] I am finding myself a little hungry today and I really need to start eating more fruit. Even though I have the munchies I still have been staying on track which is good. I bout some Crispix cereal today, some people might think it is very plain but I like it just for snack no milk added, and bonus one cup is only 2 points, WooT WooT!

I HAVE LOST 3lbs!!!!!!!!!!!!! That makes me so so so so happy!
The weekend wasn't bad, I did have a few drinks and ate some stuff that I shouldn't have but still I only used 16 of my flex points, so all is well. I am not going tp update you on all the food I ate because that will just be a pain in my ass to write all down in one blog, and quite boring for you. It feels so good knowing that I have lost 3 lbs though, I don't think I ever ever been happier about loosing 3 lbs, hehhe. I ran in the bedroom to get my dog to bring her out and I told my boyfriend, he gave me a high five, WooOHOOO! Well my ladies I shall post later my food count since it is only the beginning of the day for me, hehehe noon :P
