First Time...
It's been a long time since I actually worked up a huge sweat.
It felt A-MAZ-ING!
Besides my "side show" goals there's a few others I have for the next two weeks:
Walk 15 minutes x 3 times a week
Drink 8 glasses of water
2 Beers or less a week
Small meals over the course of the day
1200-1400 calories per day
I've lost 5 pounds since I started trying to lose weight and work on this lifestyle change. 
It's gonna be a long year, but I'mma take it in strides. My little goals one at a time and I'll be there!
