Wow...nice week!
Well, at weigh-in, I was 6.6 lbs less than last week. Sheesh!
That just goes to show what water retention and other stuff can do to the number on the scale. The last 2 weeks, I was retaining a lot of water on top of having indulged around Thanksgiving. So I am at a new low of 212.4, with a net loss of 102.5. Yay!
OK...this week will be even better. I am going to work out this week, since I am almost over whatever bug has been plaguing me this past week. I probably wont meet my goal of hitting 200 by Jan 1, but I might get awful close!
