ugh.
I was 219 at today's weigh-in.
-96 lbs.
I know what I have to do, so I am going to just do it. I plan to have a cheat-free week, and work out at least twice (cardio and strength classes). I hope to be a bit smaller by the time I go to Hawaii in December, not that I'll ever look good in a bathing suit again without surgery.
I have a cool "days until Hawaii" ticker, but can't figure out how to make it work. Any suggestions?
