Clean up on Aisle 5...

Yesterday I made a mess, now I get to clean up! 

It was glorious, I have no regrets.  Onwards ho!

I may not be so jolly after weigh-in though.

I am back on the program now, planning to work out a lot to compensate for the munchie munchie.
