Workin' out!
I went to strength training for an hour Tuesday, and cardio for an hour on Wednesday. If I use the bellydance tape once befor Monday, I'll have worked out 3 times this week, which is what I am aiming for! 
If I lose this week, I'll be most impressed, as this is water-retention week. If I gain, though, I'll be miffed, especially if I go back under -100. But I've been perfect food-wise, so that shouldn't happen.

very impressive!
100 pounds is amazing! I read a couple of your old blogs and I would love to try the bellydancing also. I have seen a few tapes out there but didnt know if any were good. Do you feel the burn? Does it work the abs good? Of course I would never do this in front of anyone but the dog, but it sounds like a great workout.
