Body fat down by 10.6 percent!
I had a wellness screening at work today. Part of the screening involves a body fat composition analysis. Last year I had 44.8% body fat (eww!); this year it is only 34.2%!
I weigh 30 lbs. less than when I had the test performed last year, and I am more active as well. It's great to see results!
I skipped cardio yesterday...the evil headache monster was still plaguing me, and the idea of bouncing around to loud music was just not appealing. So much for going every week this month. I ought to make myself compensate by hitting the bike for some cardio, but whether I will is dubious at best.
Food continues to go well...this week is less temptation-laden than last week, happily.
