missed strength training
I stayed home from work today with a migraine, and so I didn't get to go to strength training =-(. Tomorrow is cardio, though, and since I plan to go to work tomorrow, I'll have no excuse to blow it off.
Food/water intake today have been good...but I am hungry. Time to make more of that soup, I guess!

Thank you for posting this site on the Jenny Craig message boards. I am hoping it will keep me motivated. You have done an amazing job with your weight loss. I have about 75 pounds or more to lose and it is all very overwhelming. I never had this much to lose and I have never been this heavy.
