A pleasant surprise!
Today's weigh-in was good--I lost 1.8 lbs. Considering the cheating I did on Saturday, that makes me very happy. Maybe next week I'll lose enough to make the -100 mark with which I have been flirting for a month.
I also had my measurements taken today. My bust, which was 51" before I started the diet, is 39.75". My waist has gone from 53" to 36", my abdomen has gone from 63.5" (yikes!) to 45", and my hips have gone from 62" to 48". I ain't no Skinny Minnie, but I have lost a total of 60.75"!
This week's goals: lose a minimum of 2 lbs, work out twice at the cardio and strength classes.

Wow!
You're doing great! I can't imagine what it would be like just to know I had lost 100 pounds!! That is amazing! And here I'm whining about losing 25 pounds. Well if you can do that, I have no excuse!

You are doing so great! How wonderful that you have lost 60 inches! Does that just feel great! Maybe that will help you to keep on track this week and lose that little bit to get you to the 100 lb mark! Just keep repeating 60 to yourself! Congrats! That is truly wonderful! Thanks for sharing!
