A little bummed out...
Okay...so this week hasn't been perfect. I ate a bit too much on Sunday night, I pigged out Monday at the Japanese buffet, and Wednesday we had a Chinese lunch, purportedly low-fat, but I may have overeaten somewhat. Yesterday I was out to lunch with a friend, and ordered one of the 500-cal low fat entrees at TGI Fridays.
Nonetheless, it is pretty irritating that according to my scale, I've gained weight. I've been really careful with the exceptions noted above, and my body sucks for not forgiving me a few transgressions. I should use my disappointment to fuel some good cardio this weekend, but who knows whether I'll get myself to do it. It is this wishy-washy attitude that keeps me from adhering to an exercise program. At least I went to strength training on Tuesday...my luck, I'll gain weight from increased muscle mass. Which I suppose isn't so bad,except I REALLY WANT TO LOSE THAT LAST 2 POUNDS so that I'll have lost 100.
I want to hit my goal by Xmas break, which is going to be challenging in holiday season. *Sigh*. Wish me luck.
