Not perfect, but not bad.
I am really trying to be good this week, since I had a decadent day on Monday. Yesterday, we had a luncheon in my English Dept. with low-fat chinese food. Even the egg rolls were baked. Nonetheless, I think I may have overdone it. Today, I started my day by eating a Starbucks sandwich sample, which I am sure had 100 calories (but it was good, and free!). I'm really hungry at the moment, so after this I am going to go have my JC blueberry muffin.
Oh--weirdly enough, I am not sore from my workout on Tuesday! I guess my body got accustomed to it fast
