Still working towards the 100 mark...
I weighed in on Monday...and despite the fact that I had an awesome food week, I gained a pound. That has to be water retention, since TOM arrived on Sunday. Next week ought to be better...
Yesterday, I went with my sister to a Japanese buffet place. She is on Seattle Sutton, but we decided to just throw caution to the wind and chow down, and chow down we did. Mainly I had sushi, but I also had tempura, lemon chicken, and many a dssert. I won't go into detail on desserts, because if you are reading this, it means you shouldn't be eating them :-)
I am going to try to be a model of perfection for the remainder of the week, so that I don't pay for my sins next weigh-in. I plan to go to strength training again tonight. Call me a masochist, but last week, even when my muscles were so sore that I could barely move, I liked it because it meant the work-out had done something.
If I am good, I'll even go to the cardio class tomorrow, but we'll see...
