Not so great...
I weighed in at two hundred-freakin-ten pounds. 210. So I gained 0.8. This is getting almost embarrassing, but blogging is so key to feeling accountable.
However, I weighed in after school, not at the beginning of the day. I was wearing heavy clothing, since I came straight from work. I was hydrating properly throughout the day, so I was carrying lots of water weight. I also had some serious eating episodes this past week(including fondue
)!
I am sick of my own excuses at this point. Time to quit screwing around and display some of the self-discipline that got me to where I am.

Hey - thanks for being so freakin' honest. I mean, I know it's hard but it helps me so much. I know that once I get to goal, that is just the beginning of the real journey. Thanks for sharing your struggles.

I hear ya!
I too got up this morning and said "nuff's enuff!!" I am so sick of my own excuses too. I am so encouraged by your weight loss. Stick to it. I weighed in at 210 also today. I keep grazing by 206 but because I keep screwing around I never stay there long. WELL today is a new day and I am back on track to my goal. Which is 153. If I make it I will have lost 80 pounds, I started at 233. What is it that you are doing to facilitate your weight loss. It is amazing. Hope to chat with you again. Have a successful day!!

Me too...
Not that I'm anywhere CLOSE to your amazing weight-loss, but I'm sick of my own excuses too. I spent the past month going in the wrong direction and I'm determined to get back going in the right one. Keep going...you're my inspiration!

You'll be fine...
I never knew how much water weight one could retain until that guy on The Biggest Loser gained 17lbs from drinking 2 gallons of water the day of the weigh-in. Wow!
I'm still cheering for you!!!!

You can do it!
My body likes to stop giving up the pounds around 210... so, boy, do I understand!! The last time I lost a lot of weight, I got to 207 and couldn't make the scales budge....no matter how much excercise I did (or so I thought) or how little/much food I ate. So, I gave up and fell back into my old habits. :-(
Dig deep - you've got what it takes to conquer this!
