A misleadingly bad weigh-in.
I weighed in at 209.2, indicating a 5.6 lb gain over the past 2 weeks.
However, I'd just consumed 2 20-oz beverages and a slice of reduced-fat coffee cake. Also, it is TOM, so there is the factor of water weight. I still had a substantial gain, to be sure...but not THAT substantial!
I earned the gain. Now it is time to undo it. Maybe this WI was the wake-up call I needed. Let's hope so.

I agree
The majority of that *gain* isn't real. You'll have a better on-scale reading next week when TOM's not in the picture.

Here's hoping you'll have...
...a better weigh-in next week!

What are we going to do?
I totally feel your pain...I had a lousy weigh-in too. Up to 207.2. Why is it so freakin' hard to get to onederland?
I am quite sure your gain is totally fake - TOM and beverages are really going to add water weight. But overall, how is your motivation? Most of my brain is feeling inspired, but then there's that little part that is so unmotivated and just tired. Sigh. Hopefully it's just the Monday blahs.
Keep on truckin' - we'll get there eventually. Hope you have a wonderful day!

Fluke
I also believe that number is a fluke weight. There is way too many OFF factors involved. You should get a more accurate reading in a few days.
Just try to stay focused because you are so close to the 190. You have done AMAZING on your weight loss journey. I salute you!!
Blessings to you for renewed determination. Chargail

You are my inspiration!!!
Even with the weight gain, seeing you I know that it doesn't have to be a downfall and you can still move forward with it...thanks for that :)

yup
I am positive all the factors were there for the weigh-in to be off.....I know your next weigh-in will be a success!!!
Good Luck!
