The list of offenses is quite long this week. Ice cream, brownie, pizza, buffalo wings, pistachio nuts, the list goes on. According to my scale, I have gained like 5 lbs. Now I know there is water retention thrown in there, but still...
So, yeah, it's lockdown for me, again. I shouldn't deviate until the last weekend of faire...that gives me 4 weeks to undo the damage and give me some space, so that I stop flirting with 200.
Argh. Self-sabotage sucks.
I'll do better!

Yep...I know what you're talking about. I took a 2 week vacation where I gained 4 lbs, and have been messing around for the last month. I finally got back on track this week, because I need to get to 200 - actually under - in 2007!! Come on girl...you can do it!!

I bet this is driving you crazy...
hanging around that 200lb mark. Still, you've come so far and there is no doubt you'll be where you want to be before you know it :)
