OK, I'm starting to get pissed.   I've been virtually perfect foodwise for over a month.  I seem to have hit a wall.  I lost all of 1 lb last week (after a 2 lb gain!) and, according to my sister's scale, I weigh more today than I did when I weighed in Saturday.  I KNOW I should stop weighing myself between weigh-ins, but I am really anxious to hit my goal!!! 

WTF?!  Is my body going on strike unless I start working out?  Noooooo!

Please don't get frustrated...

you of ALL people should know about weight fluctuation, plateaus and such...I know, it's easy to talk about but harder to deal with when it happens to you. 

You'll get there very soon I just know it!

Scales

First things first - I have yet to weigh on two different scales and get the same results.  Don't compare your weight on your sisters scale to the one that you usually use.

2nd - it sounds to me like you've hit the infamous plateau.  Time to shake things up a bit.  Step up the exercise routine and/or cut out one snack a day and I'm sure you'll start seeing results again.  You've come so far!  You are doing an amazing job.  You are such a huge inspiration.
