One major hurdle is toast.
I have been an soda drinker for years. I had to have my caffeine daily. Lately I have been drinking 6-8 cans a day. One of the major things I wanted to do was give up pop. So I did. On Tuesday I was in town running errands so I had a pop, Wednesday I had one when I started to get a headache. So far today I haven't had a headache. I have been drinking my H2O splash that has no calories, sugar or caffeine in it. I started journaling again for Weight watchers also. Trying to be accountable for what I put in my mouth. I made the effort to go for a walk last night. I did a 1.5 mile in 30 minutes. I felt good after wards and plan on doing it again today.
