If you give me your exact age and height, I can tell you exactly how many points a day you would start off at. Each point is the equivalent to 50 cals. For instance, in my case I'm 5'5", 32 years old and I weight about 172 lbs, right now I am eating 22 points a day. But when I started WW, I was eating 26 points since I weighed 200 lbs.
Email me if you are interested. I can give you some pointers. I would love to see you succeed. You owe to yourself.
Oh yeah and the comment about looking pregnant...I get that too. One time I had just gotten done running on the treadmill at my gym and I was sweating like a pig and there was this little old lady on a stationary bike that saw me jump off the machine and said, 'Wow, you ran a lot....but the way, are you having a baby???"...I said "No, ma'am, I am just FAT" ...She said, "well then you need to get back on that treadmill!!!!!".... To which I replied nothing since it was pointless. I was like GREAT! now I look pregnant.....blah! ....It would also be a blessing in my case since hubby and I want to start a family soon...but come on! That's the worst comment/question a person can say/ask....and it is said/asked sooo frequently that is not even funny.
