Wheat Bread for WW or Atkins!!

WW...Day 2

everything is going great!! i have tons of points to eat and to still play w/ at the end of the night. my daughter is doing well but she has a friend visiting (TOM) which i think is making it hard for her right now. salt and choc.

so far whether i loss a ton of weight or just a tiny bit WW is forcing me to eat healthy. i love the little log pages for each day. having to check off "water" and "fruits and veggies" are a big deal for me b/c of my past history w/ such poor eating.

i still am proud of my exercise choice last evening!!! yaaaa... me...=)  my thighs are sore today but i have kept on the move all day. i did sleep in a little bit this morning but i have been feeling pretty good. i have been taking a multi-vitamin since the atkins try and kinda wonder if that has anything to do w/ it??? you know, i'm not a fruit and veggie girl and my body probably has been lacking a whole ton of things. ahh...either way i'll take it...=)  it feels good to finally feel good.

oh yeah...the bread.... its made by:

" Nature's own"     Wheat w/ no artificial preservatives, color, or flavors. it has "double fiber" and "Omega-3 and heres how the nutrition facts read....=)  i love this bread !!! it tastes so yummy.... i like to even use it as a treat.... toast a slice and spray a little i can't believe its butter on and then a little splenda and cinnomon...yummmmy!

OMEGA-3   (15 mg EPA, 10 MG DHA)   if anyone knows what the mg amounts are and whats needed please pass that on to me..all i know is omega-3 helps w/ cardiovascular health.

well there you have it.....i hope its as healthy as i think it is. b/c its so yummy i wouldn't be surprised if its not as healthy as i think it is...lol
