Weighing In
I can't believe that it has been two and a half weeks since I posted here. I guess I tend to get wrapped up in life and forget that I should journal.
I'm down 20 pounds as of today. I'm taking off the weight in at a slow and steady pace. I know that I could work out and burn the fat off more quickly however, I am trying to do things the way that I plan to do them once I reach my goal weight.
At the doctor's office yesterday, I was down 19 pounds since mid-June. That is roughly 10 pounds per month. I don't think that is too shabby.
My first goal is only 11 pounds away. I'm thrilled to know that I'm nearly 2/3 of the way there!
