Slowly...

My weight is going down at a snail's pace.  One pound lost this week, bringing my total to 16 pounds lost.  This is not great but is pretty good. 

I'm going to try to up my situps to 250 this week.  I would really like to see the scale moving downward by my Friday weigh in.

My new rules for myself are as follows:

  • No more daily weigh-ins (these discourage me) - weigh ins may occur on Fridays only since this is the reporting day for the Biggest Looser II Challenge
  • Exercise daily - even if it is only 25 situps, do something
  • Walk as much as possible - park at the end of the parking lot at work, take the stairs, etc.  Add little bits of extra steps each day
  • Eat more veggies - even if hubby wants to eat junk, try to at least have a salad or something

Hopefully I will be able to stick to these new rules and will see the pounds go away!
